My art is predominately about presenting the face and torso of women, using expression, gesture, and personality to hopefully provide inspiration or acknowledgment of feelings or memories in the viewer. Using watercolors, especially on the face and hands,
allows me to have command of the look I'm trying to portray. I often use gouache for the clothing and some of the hair.
